Agentic AI automation
AI agents that do the work, with a human where it counts.
Agentic AI automation means software agents that plan and carry out multi-step tasks using your tools, under explicit rules and human approval. The Super Platform designs these agents, connects them to your systems and measures them before they touch real operations.
Where agents pay off first
The best first agents sit on repetitive, rules-heavy work where a mistake is caught before it costs money. They save hours every week and build trust before agents take on more.
- Document intake: invoices, forms, contracts, IDs
- Lead qualification, enrichment and first reply
- Bank and payment reconciliation
- Support triage and drafted answers
- Weekly management reports written from live data
How we build an agent
Each agent gets a job description: the trigger that starts it, the tools it may call, the data it may read, the actions that require approval and the log it must write.
Before launch, the agent runs against an evaluation set built from your real cases. It ships only when it passes, and it keeps being measured in production. See our article on agentic AI for business.
Guardrails that come standard
Agents never move money or commit the company without a person. Every tool call is logged. Inputs are checked for prompt injection, and outputs are validated against a schema before they reach your systems.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An AI agent carries out a task: it reads inputs, decides on steps, calls tools such as a database or an email system, and produces a result, with human approval for sensitive actions.
Is agentic automation the same as RPA?
No. Classic RPA replays fixed clicks and breaks when a screen changes. An agent works with meaning: it can read an unfamiliar invoice layout or an email in another language, while still following explicit rules.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model per task based on quality, cost, latency and data requirements, and we keep the agent design independent of a single provider so the model can be changed later.
