This policy explains what FLEXIGLOB LLC ("we") collects when you use thesuperplatform.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible
FLEXIGLOB LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about this policy or your data: contact@flexiglob.com.
What we collect
When you contact us. This site has no contact form. Every "start a project" button leads to flexiglob.com, which has its own privacy policy. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use your name, email address, company and message only to answer you.
When you visit the site. Our server records each request: IP address, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system, and time. These logs keep the service running and help detect abuse. They are kept for 12 months.
Nothing else. This site uses no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking. We do not know who you are when you read it.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, biometrics), and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for one thing only: remembering the language you chose, so you are not redirected again. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Who else sees it
Only our hosting provider, Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 München, Germany, whose servers for this site are located in France, and only to run the site. We disclose data to an authority only where the law requires it.
International transfers
FLEXIGLOB LLC is a United States company. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards provided by law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to contact@flexiglob.com; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country, for example the CNIL in France or the CNDP in Morocco.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
