These terms govern your use of thesuperplatform.com (the "site"), published by FLEXIGLOB LLC. By using the site you accept them.
Purpose of the site
The site presents The Super Platform, a FlexiGlob service for building platforms, agentic AI automations and prompt systems. It is informational. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement with FLEXIGLOB LLC, which prevails over anything stated here.
No offer, no guarantee of result
Descriptions of the seven-day method, of timelines and of deliverables illustrate how we usually work. They are not a binding offer. Scope, timeline and price are fixed for each project in its own agreement after an initial assessment.
Intellectual property
The site, its texts, drawings, animations, code and brand elements belong to FLEXIGLOB LLC or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, scrape it at a rate that degrades the service, or use it for an unlawful purpose. Automated reading by search engines and AI assistants that respect robots.txt is welcome.
