Day by day
Day 1 · Frame and cut
A three-hour workshop with the decision makers. We map users, roles, the money flow and the one outcome the week must deliver. We write down what is out of scope.
Deliverable: A one-page scope and a clickable outline of the platform.
Day 2 · Model the data and roles
Entities, relationships, permissions and workflows are configured on the backbone. Sample data is loaded so screens show real-looking content.
Deliverable: The data model and role matrix, live on a private URL.
Day 3 · Build the core
The main flow is built end to end: for a marketplace, from listing to order; for a portal, from request to delivered document.
Deliverable: The core journey working on real data.
Day 4 · Complete the journeys
Every role receives its own space. Notifications, documents, exports and the management dashboard are added.
Deliverable: All user spaces and the dashboard.
Day 5 · Add the AI agents
We add the agents with the highest return: document intake, lead follow-up, reconciliation or reporting. Each one is tested against real cases before activation.
Deliverable: Agents live with logs, guardrails and approvals.
Day 6 · Harden for production
TLS, web application firewall, backups and tested restore, snapshots and rollback, monitoring, three languages, legal pages, SEO, structured data and llms.txt.
Deliverable: The production checklist, fully green.
Day 7 · Launch and sell
The platform moves to your domain. Payments or invoicing, onboarding, branded emails and the landing page go live. The first users are invited.
Deliverable: A live platform with its first users and an open sales path.
After day seven
Week two starts from the list of what was cut on day one, ordered by what your first users actually ask for. FlexiGlob can keep operating the platform or hand it over with a runbook.

What do you need from us during the week?
A decision maker available for the day one workshop and for fifteen minutes of review each evening, plus access to any system the platform must connect to.
What if the scope does not fit in seven days?
We say so on day one. Either the scope is cut to one outcome that fits, or the project moves to a longer FlexiGlob engagement with the same daily-proof approach.
Is the platform really in production after seven days?
Yes. On day seven the platform runs on your domain with TLS, a firewall, backups and rollback, and real users sign in. Features beyond the agreed scope come in the following weeks.
